Warning.

Our tax adviser, KPMG, has advised us that attending a conference in the state of Washington will create a tax nexus with the state and subject all of our internet sales to customers located within the state of Washington to Sales and Use, and B&O tax.

    $5 says that pretty soon player #2, who is also going to be making his very first post ever on these forums, will JUST HAPPEN to stop by with a very helpful website all of us should check out to avoid these dangerous "tax nexuses."

    his info is legit, even if it is given rather confusingly and doesn't matter much at all for attendees.

    Naw, actually it looks like it is a real thing, and possibly a very recent (june 1) development. However, this doesn't matter at all on a community forum like this; this is a terrible place to post about it.

    I have no idea what is attempting to be communicated here. If the OP would like to try again making a little more sense and maybe with some citations of the linked variety, that would be just fine.
