So Black swan is this movie by Darren Aronofsky.
It stars natalie portman whose performance is her best yet in any film (even star wars!). This movie has really erotic parts in it that are both arousing and terrifying. It also has dramatic cinematography, an understated if effective score, and a constant blurring of reality and psycho-sexual terror.
This girl plays a new york city ballerina who begins to compete with this girl
for the role of the swan queen in Swan Lake. There is hells of dramatic and erotic tension between the two of them. I know, you say, eddy interested in a taco salad? Well I have to say the scenes that occur were extremely well done regardless of the gender involved. There are a number of more mundane themes like betrayal, control, and the fight for perfection at any cost. Either way this is one of his finest works. Perhaps more accessible but no less soul destroying than requiem for a dream. Far more polished and coherent than the fountain.
Go see it.
