Sriracha is the perfect flavor to get started on, but once you get hooked on it, it starts to taste too sweet and not nearly spicy enough. They should make a few grades of it where they progressively turn down the sweetness and turn up the heat.
try sambal olek. it's pretty much what you're looking for.
And then I have to go pay my city tax. And read up on more C. >.<
Speaking of, anyone here around the Seattle/Portland area got any information about the job markets thereabouts for an EE major and a Software Development major/Finance master's degree holder?

I would love to talk about cooking if you are up for it
I know how you feel This pchem homework assignment is like a take home test, it totals 70 points and 6 pages.
Tagging on to Cokebottle, anyone in the Northeast area know of places that are hiring Chemical Engineers? I graduate next year and I'm so scared of not getting a job..

Seattle job market sucks, but slightly less than the Portland job market.
I hear Detroit is hiring. And other places that aren't anywhere near Seattle.

Homework is fun. I dont really have assignments just lots of reading. Reading over 70 pages worth of journal articles for my morning class tomorrow.
I like reading, everyone in my high school thought I'd major in English
I did a 180 and went into engineering, go figure :P
I love reading too, but reading journal articles is a lot different then reading books. There are some really horribly dense journal articles out there with the writer blathering on for dozens of pages when the article could have easily been a fraction of the size if he just got to the point.

Microsoft, Google, Adobe and especially (lately) Amazon all have a substantial number of employees in the greater seattle area.
Are you a recent graduate cause they tend to have special programs for hiring in those (check with your schools career office).
If not, hit up their websites and apply directly and check in with the various contractor agencies in the area (there are literally dozens but these come to mind): Volt, Collabra, XVersity, Excel etc...
edit: There has been hell of jobs popping up in programming since new years. This happens every year of course (things shut down between the week before Thanksgiving and Jan 1st then start up again) but this year has been much more robust than the last couple.
Though the first job is still a bitch and a half. Experience counts for so much.

sig the immediate issue is that i bought some sauce i like to eat on chicken tenders. But I don't have a fryer with which to make chicken tenders. I am wondering if there is a way I can make a dipping sauce for fried chicken tasty with grilled chicken, or with chicken that is pan-fried.

Sounds like the lectures i go to for class.
I am definitely enjoying the books I'm reading for my forensic psych class though...
I am not the greatest cook. Mainly I am really inpatient to just stand there looking over the meat for 10 minutes, I usually end up quickly checking something on the computer etc. and before I know it the meat is burning... :P

Shake and bake. (or the non-brand-name equivalent - it's just bread crumbs and seasoning you coat onto boneless chicken then bake)
