I've read that, but I see other things happening. Tim, Dick and Barbara all appear to be going through changes in those September solicits.
Those characters are going through changes, but their history hasn't been changed. Tim was still Robin, Dick was still Batman, and Barbara was still Oracle
They've already announced that Batman Inc will be finished next year, and a member of Batman Inc, Bat-Wing, has his own ongoing in the new launch
I know a guy who seems capable of reading pretty much any comic and enjoying it, which is quite a useful ability
He fobs off every criticism with the "it's just a comic!" defence, which doesn't exactly address the fact that you can have different levels of quality within a medium but whatever

I am finding it hard to think of comics you hate though
like
Rise of Arsenal?
But that doesn't count because everyone hates that (apart from me, I love how bad it is)
Hulk by Loeb
Byrne's JLA
Black Cat: The Evil that Men Do
Shadowland(minus Power Man)
That stupid Vampire arc in Ultimates
Ultimatum
Ultimate X-Men post BKV
Identity Crisis
Austen's Anything
Civil War: Frontline
Teen Titans half of the time
I'm a terrible comic book fan. I'm trying to come up with something I truly, truly hate and I'm drawing a blank. Shit, I even bought all 5 volumes of the Clone Saga.
There are books out there that dissapoint me but nothing I can actually say I want throw in the trash.
when you guys say Annihilation are you just talking about the core series or are you including the tie ins because I read it again over the weekend and let me tell you
the Drax, Super Skrull, and Ronan minis are fucking awful.

you should make him read The Draco (Uncanny X-Men #428-434) and Lionheart of Avalon (Avengers vol.3 #77-81)
both by Chuck Austen and both contenders for the worst superhero stories I've ever read.
Like, it takes a special kind of talent to make something so comprehensively awful.
Just to force him to accept that there is such a thing as a bad comic
That was pretty hellish
man what was that called
like, wildcat, or wildsomething?
I think
which tells you all you need to know about it

I am sure I can come up with more
There must be comics you hate the other people think are good or at least mediocre
Like that Power Man and Iron Fist series that I hate
I am completely unreasonable for doing so but whatever
Unleash your anger Blankzilla

Like I said, I am very easy to please.
I only hate things if they are really, really bad
And the whole thing is super fascinating if you know about what was going on behind the scenes at Marvel at the time. (Life of Reilly rules)
Fuck you David Finch
