Hi! This is my first time at PAX and I just wanted to ask a question. In the area I live, our mail always comes later than usual. On the off chance that my passes don't come in the mail, how would I still be able to get into PAX? If you could respond quickly, that would be great. Thanks!
I had this happen to me last year, and many people will ask this over and over this year.
Like SmallLady said, E-mail pax_questions@paxsite.com to let them know your badge never came, this was their response to me:
"Your badges should arrive, however if they do not drop by registration first thing in the morning with a printed out copy of your order confirmation and we will get everything in order.
Take care,"
I showed up Thursday evening, showed my order confirmation and got my badges. The ones that were supposed to come in the mail never did arrive.
