If you leave an unwanted piece of paper and a pen around me long enough, this shit happens:
Ever. damn. time.
(These are poor examples, but I just cleaned my desk. Usually the page is COVERED in words on top of words on top of words)
It's something I picked up from my mother. Ever since I could remember, there would be a scrap piece of paper or an entire page in a spiral notebook covered in her scrawl lying on the end table or by the phone, words and words, overlapping. It's fun to try to guess what was going on around either of us by reading the scraps.
sometimes I just write the names of comedians and scientists and other people of note
Holy art, Batman! That's effing beautiful! Do you do wedding invite calligraphy?

I really really want to hand render text and script
Like my favourite illustrator periodically scans and uploads random pages out of his notebook and it just makes me ache with jealousy mixed with inspiration by what he can do just by doodling

Rolo jesus christ
this kind of looks like the disney script
squall gimmie your handwriting
Right down to the kissy face.
Squall is the missing Disney Princess.
she would just have me copy out stuff from books to fill that time
I never got any of those fancy "how to write the letters" sheets
to this day, my handwriting has no form, as I'm essentially just drawing an approximation of the letter
My handwriting is pretty bad, but I never practice it.
my handwriting has not improved
first was supposed to be focused, second rushed, third cursive
I guess my hand was kind of shaky when I held up the notebook to my webcam.
Most of that was fast-handed
I'm on the quest to ambidexterity
In my defense I can prefer speed over quality.
Occasionally I'll just decide to change the shape of letters and practice a new shape.
I've done it with y, g, a, u, t
Need some stuff designed or printed? I can help with that.
not really working so far :c
ewww
but then i saw squall's and i wept at the sheer beauty
Ever. damn. time.

then he posts his actual finished art like this

Satans..... hints.....
Secret bonus drunk handwriting from god-knows-when in one of my notebooks:
"Sandra has a good solid anti-murderer vibe. My skin felt very secure and sufficiently attached to my body when I met her. Also my organs." HAIL SATAN
