I enjoyed this episode! A Lassy-focused episode where Gus is crazier than Shawn? Oh damn yes.
Also, a question. Have we ever been introduced or shown Lassy's ex-wife?
she's justine bateman, she showed up in a previous halloween episode to hand him divorce papers
it was a pretty good episode
But Justine Bateman looked awful in it. Not saying that has any bearing on the episode quality, but maaan.

can I talk about Burn Notice, the other badass show on USA
what does everyone think about Suits
It certainly ain't no White Collar or In Plain Sight...
Burn Notice jumped the fucking shark so bad this season. I think I stopped watching halfway through the season.
Suits on the other hand is fucking amazing.
Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.

Aside from the time frame for cases and getting things done/resolved (case assigned Monday for a case on Friday? Like hell) it's got a great grasp on what it means to be a first year associate and working at a firm.

I dunno, I could buy that at some places. A few people who were ADAs told me they would regularly receive cases as they were walking in to the courtroom.

It does not happen in civil cases, ever, at all. It happens at the District Attorney's office when you're dealing with petty crime or misdemeanors, not any civil litigation ever.

That makes sense; civil cases have fun things like Notice -- can't just tell someone to show up to court tomorrow, and not tell them why either. On the other hand, I can see special circumstances of timeliness where representation has woefully short amounts of time to prepare. Criminal just jumps to arraignment, which is when I'd guess both sides just look at names and dates, and move to hold over for procedural.
warehouse 13 is the shit too. it's just really hard to keep up with TV since we got rid of the cable.
in fact I should rewatch it cause it's on netflix streaming now. hmmmmm
They put the episodes up for free on Hulu sporadically. We just finished the latest season a couple nights ago and holy crap, now that's a damn finale cliffhanger. I'm glad they got approved for another season.
Claudia has grown on me a lot. When she was first introduced I thought 'great, quirky nerd-girl character' and while she is that, she's at least charming.

This is still just a super excellent show
Basically the thing that turned me off from watching it for so long after the first episode, Shawn's super overblown psychic visions, has been toned down considerably
I think I'm on season 3, maybe 4. I'm on the episode where Gus' sister comes back.
It's a wonderful, wonderful show.

I've been watching this on Netflix. I'm partway through season 3. This is a wonderful show.
I love how they are just completely unabashed about product placement. Red Robin, KitKat, etc.
Like, in White Collar or Burn Notice, you'll see a character get in a car, and make a big deal of calling OnStar, and then raving about how said car got them from Point A to Point B in record time.

It's different for Psych. They kinda play into it. Sure, it's blatant, but not in an awkward way like most shows do, such as Bones for example.

hulu doesn't put episodes up until 30 days after
why can't USA be more like NBC

Yesss. It was a great touch!

That's disappointing.

One of my favorite episodes
me tooooo
I awww'ed a bunch
I forgot that detail
The psychout at the end was fantastic
Shawn was pretending to be Gus while in a mascot suit. That was his line of choice to be as Gus as possible

Also, I'm glad I stuck with Warehouse 13, it gets better and better. Wasn't too keen on the first half of the first season.
How far are you into it?
Isn't Claudia the best?

Wait 'til you start seeing the Snyder's of Hanover pretzels.

it doesn't hurt that it seems like what those characters would probably do when faced with a sub sandwich
