As for someone not liking catfish. It really depends on where you get it, alot of that farm raised is pretty bland. The catch yourself catfish can be yuck also if the water levels are low because it will make the fish taste muddy. Eat channel cat out of a good moving river or larger lake and it's pretty good. Which probably doesn't say alot for it as a meat if you have to be that selective about it to make it worth eating.

Worst fruit I've ever had was Sharon Fruit. It tastes really nice and all that, yeah, but the second after you've finished eating a slice you realise your mouth feels like all the enamel has been stripped from your teeth! It's horrid, like your tongue is fuzzy and shit.
Drinking water doesn't help.

It just stays for like an hour.

Sea Urchin is fucking disgusting, and I love fish. It tastes exactly like the ocean smells. It's tough and the taste just sits in your mouth the whole time you chew it.
