    Just last week mai waifu ("my wife" for you uncultured plebeian) finally gave her love to me

    Every day, I would take the JR Yamanote Line from Ikebukuro to Nippori just to be close to her

    She never noticed me at first, always preferring to stand near the back of the train

    Day by day I would notice her beauty, hoping and praying she would notice the man inside of me and realize we were meant to be together

    and on day 27 of this trip - the highlight of my mornings - it finally happened

    but alas, she woke up and left before I could propose

    I felt like Cloud Strife helplessly witnessing the death of Aerith Gainsborough (yes, it IS Aerith NOT 'Aeris' god westerners ruin EVERYTHING)

    I can't wait to ride the train tomorrow, I have already picked out my best Inuyasha silk shirt

    I think the next generation will be welding centric. Welding things to their bodies, upsetting our children and confusing us. Talking about grindcore music as if it's "the classics". The only form of visual entertainment that can keep their attention for more than a minute is what looks to us like a constant stream of sparks, but apparently we just don't understand

    Making your own clothes is easy. With a standard sewing machine and a surger, you can crank out all kinds of interesting stuff. Knitting's nice too, but wool everything gets boring after a while.

    Still, it's a time vs reward thing for me. Do I want to spend the time making mundane clothes, or just purchase them and do something else. For stuff that I want to make special, it's worth the time, but otherwise...boring.
