My Google Fu is failing me.
I'm looking for the comics, not the Youtube dubs, and compiled in a linear format (not just random image collections).
I totally missed out on hiimdaisy while it was active. I'm mostly looking for Persona 4 but I'm also interested in Persona 3 and the Metal Gear stuff.

The layout on photobucket is silly, click on the left panel ("Show albums and stories") then all of the comics are in there. Ace Attorney, Metal Gear Solid, Persona, and Other. Furthermore, it looks like it lists all the comics in reverse order, so start on the last one and use the previous comic button to read them in order.
I only see two things - zelda and ghost. Hmm...
edit: Ah, you also have to click on the word "hiimdaisy." Thanks!
