Can't send out role PMs until that gets worked out, since if HB wants to be an alternate, he can't have a role PM and then get bumped out later, since he'd know the identity of another player. It's the same case depending on what Variable ends up doing.
Here's what I'm gonna do. I've randomly assigned the roles. I will PM everyone but HB their role. Since I'll be around almost the entire day today, as soon as HB and Variable have worked out which of them is playing and which of them is an alternate, the player who's in will receive the role PM that HB would receive right now.

Also, I'm going in alphabetical order, because that's how I order things. Um, anything else I should say before I send out the first one? Don't use your role PM for identity verification. So don't quote it to anyone anywhere, and don't summarize it really really closely to what it really says to anyone either. Summarizing is fine, but don't summarize it by using synonyms of the words in the role PM in the exact order of words in the role PM.
Just don't try to use your role PM for identity verification. Mmmkay? Good. Then let's be off.
