As great as it would be for them to give Bryan a title win, they're going for longer title reigns. I think Cena's hanging onto the title until Survivor Series at the very least.
Cena is marketable even when he is out of the title picture, bryan is hot* right now

I think it would be best if they let Bryan win clean and have a couple awesome main event classics before Orton cashes in so we get a taste of what we would otherwise have. Basic wrestling storytelling: have a guy who is a really good wrestler who excites the crowd then have a heel that denies the crowd that.
