Display craziness

So I've been having an issue for a while where 1 of my displays (connected with DVI) does this:

Edit2:

Rebooting fixes it, and it doesn't happen on the display that is connected over HDMI.

Bad cable? Driver nonsense? I'm running an AMD 6970 for video.

Also, this was happening when I had a video fullscreened on the other display. If i stop the video and just move windows around I get the same thing but slower.

    Could be multiple things

Unistall and reinstall your display drivers
Check your cables for bent pins. Try another one if you have it
If your computer has built in video try that and see if it works better

More often than not this is indicative of a dying video card or one thats overheating. Have you noticed any correlation between the issue and playing games or running lots of stuff

I think it may have been a bug in the beta ati 14.1 drivers.

I've done a reinstall of windows since and updated to 14.2 and so far it's gone.
