I am posting this for a friend, they suddenly need some large hard cases to make custom foam molds and put inside to transport things for work, got no notice at all, so ordering something online is out of the question.

    Find a good camera store. You are looking for Pelican cases, a common hard case for pro photographers.
    I have the Pelican Storm iM2500, an airline legal carry on, as seen below.

    REI or other camping store? Doing a quick search here in Chicago shows they stock them.

    yea, they will have pelican cases at an outdoor store like REI,. EMS.

    you might even be able to get them at a walmart or a store with a hunting section
    Also depending on what size the things are you could in theory grab a hard metal cooler from a sport store and make blocks for that
