I did watch the episode. They demonstrated that their were other forms of tourettes but it still comes across mainly as "the swearing thing". They didn't mention that it's by far the rarest form.
I don't see how adding a line to the effect that the swearing tic is extremely rare would have made the episode any less funny, and it would have made a fair difference to tourettes sufferers.

"Hey let's preach about things everybody already knows about, so when they watch it they feel smart for agreeing with the show!"
I enjoyed it back when I was like, what, 14?
Did you miss the bus or something?
but I felt it was important to throw that in there anyway

I do agree with Wiggin though.
The pointless episodes are usually better.
Not hard enough

I mean, the first time you see Scott Tenorman, and most of the other times, you have to go "What. The. Fuck. Whatthefuckwasthat?"

She would come in handy whenever I threw out a rocking comeback insult.

What an absolutely shitty disorder.
But clearly it is cool in that you can say anything you want
But I think we can all agree that the swearing one is the funniest while also being the rarest.
south park is one of the best written shows on television right now
