But I have a weird feeling this could be an Eddy article as well.
Perhaps you have reached your 40s, 50s, or 60s blissfully happy in your job.

*thoughtfully fingers lip of molotov bottle*

I think the general ennui made me think of you. It pervades the article.

Dissatisfaction of corporate drones and mid level career employees. The crushed sense of no growth or goals.

    Hmmm...maybe I shall join you.

Isn't DuckDuckGo primarily recommended for privacy of information rather than actually providing optimal results?

I believe so, but I guess there's a nitty-gritty philosophical question in there about whether tailored/curated results are necessarily optimal results

I'm sure top men at Google are independently working to figure out this obscure branch of the philosophy of science.

Well you see we've identified a number of thought experiments which illustrate cases in which curated responses are not preferable for the user

Fortunately for us, none of them impact monetizing 99.99% of users' personal data, so we've ceased research in this area.

I think it might have to do with the proliferation of ultra-wide displays and multiple monitor setups and such, it's hard out there for GUI people who can't assume certain standardized aspect ratios and primary displays I guess

Despite the fact that it's 10PM, I want to head over to my grandparents' tombs right now and see if they are okay after the cemetary was used as a parking lot.

But.. oh my god am I mad at the person who attacked the fire fighters for trying to help make things right because the cemetary is a private corporation and they could've billed the Trump campaign for the damages/insurance, and therefore our tax dollars shouldn't have been spent on repairing it.

    *sighs* Goddamnit.
