    So, the judge in the Silver case has unsealed the records related to the trial, which his lawyers had been fighting to keep sealed. Why?

    Yeah, that would be why. People don't like it when their legislators are figuratively fucked by lobbyists - finding out they were literally fucked by one is a whole other kettle of fish.
