I think Marsters just has really flat delivery. He sounds bored. I also just don't think his voice sounds right for the character. I might not like dubbed Goku, but that take still looks like it suits the character.
To be fair it took him like 15 years to find a balance that wasnt just surfer dude
I miss the old, smug Vegeta voice, before he sounded like he was straining to make a British accent.
What, like, the Ocean Dub?
Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.
I think you'll find that the ocean dub is actually mondo cool
actually did the ocean dub even get to that scene? I feel like it stopped right after Goku beats up most of the Ginyu Force.

The Ocean Dub stops the second that Goku lands on Namek.
It drove me fucking crazy as a kid.
Because next time on Dragon Ball Z Goku fights Burter and Jeice and then for like, 2 years nothing fucking happened.

It stops in the sense that we didn't see any more of it on TV here, but Ocean did eventually keep on going and dubbed the rest of the series for broadcast in a few countries.

I thought they just dubbed some of the Cell saga scenes as a test but never actually finished it.

The United States (CN:USA) and Canada (YTV) received the Saban/Ocean dub from episodes 1-53 (1-67 uncut). From episode 54 onward, both received the FUNimation dub. Though the Westwood dub began at episode 108 (an equivalent of episode 123 uncut) specifically due to demands of Canadian broadcasting laws, Canada began receiving the Westwood/Ocean dub from episode 168 (equivalent to uncut episode 183) onwards. The United Kingdom (CN:UK then CNX) and the Netherlands (CN:NL then Yorin) received the early Saban/Ocean dub from episodes 1-53, the FUNimation dub for episodes 54-107, and then the full Westwood/Ocean dub for episodes 108-276.
I guess there were a chunk of episodes that got no Ocean dub in there (right up to the beginning of Androids Saga), but when they resumed they did keep going all the way through the end of Buu saga.

Oh God, that Hercule voice is horrible.

Vegito is much like a joke-character or Buddha Vs Monkey-king, in being powered by sheer narrative. The manga implied that he can just beat the immortality out of someone.
Vegeta's first scene in the anime, which was made before Toriyama had made any manga scenes that showed him in color. They made assumptions about his color scheme which resulted in him having green-and-orange armour, orange hair, and a red Scouter.
Super Vegeta and Blueper Vegeta reference the same thing with their first alt color.
Yeah, you'd think the official account would be the first to upload, but instead they sent it to Nicovideo or something and then third-parties remirrored it from there before Bandai Namco Youtube could wake up and get around to it.

Vegito always loses to "Poochie decided to return to his home planet".
It's the law.
In one what-if story, he fights Goku SSJ4, and the fight end when they're like "yeah, I guess you're OK."
Thats because Toei is dead set on SSJ4 being a thing despite it being terrible
I guess if you're the front man for a foreigner cover band.

I'm actually hoping the gamecube controller support they announced with Smash ends up being able to be patched into other games.
You can already use Gamecube controllers on Switch through the USB adapter. It does have the issue of missing a shoulder button and select button.
Everybody will use Vegeta's Color 2.

A shame he doesn't have the scouter.

Vanilla Goku's intro reminded me of the old "rock the dragon" op.
Here's them from an official bandai account instead:

Steam ID: Obos Vent: Obos
Sonicfox and GO1 are the top candidates to take it.
I hope Fame96 does well because of his Vegeta Blue.
