    Console Tourney room. Signups start at 9am I believe.

    From the entrance, take a left and stay on that floor all the way to the end of the hall. Handheld Lounge is on the left, Tourney Rooms are on the right.

    That's correct. Keep in mind you'll basically have to choose between a good place in the expo hall opening line and getting into the more popular tournaments. More obscure games will probably have space open right up until they start, but others will fill up fast.
