Experiences with Lyte?

in PAX West
Our group over ordered tickets and we tried to sell them on Lyte. After waiting around in queue for a week or so an offer finally arrived. However, it came with a notice saying the offer will expire in 15 minutes. Is this normal or did I just have a really weird experience? I can't see how they could expect me to wait on my email to respond to a request within 15 minutes.

    Also, when we finally got an offer we could accept, the terms were impossible! It's August 26th, 11:29pm pacific time, and it is saying the return package must be postmarked by August 26th. o_O?
