Blank (but styled) page loading on mobile instead of forum

So this has been happening to me on any forum page, including the list of forums.. My phone loads a blank page, but still with the forum blue background, and approximately still the same scrolling length as it would have been. Sometimes it fixes it to refresh, sometimes not. Incidentally, I'm on ios 9, so maybe this is just my lot in life now 'til I finally upgrade.
Edit: I should also mention it doesn't happen every time, maybe 10-25% of the time?

Once I scroll down it's back to normal but the initial spot it puts me in for latest post will just be a forum blue blank
