OK I mentioned this in the SanJoPAX thread but my house is available for a party next week.

When: January 29th-30th.
Why my place? I know it's in the middle of nowhere, but that means we can be as loud as we want as late as we want. And its only 30 minutes away from San Jose. Also I have a big ass TV, and a full set of Rock Band controllers (two guitars + mic and drums).
It's the middle of the week so I know that might make it hard for some to attend, but that's when my parents are out of town. Anyone interested?
