They do that during commercial breaks because 10 skaters with a snow shovel can do a decent job in 1 minute of what a zamboni does in like 15 during the period breaks

the zamboni gets it perfect by adding a layer of new ice, but is slow as Pipe said
these folks mostly just sweep up all the snowy ice bits scraped up during play. The areas right in front of the nets get scratched up the most, so they get extra attention

That tank's (or whatever it is) entire journey from where it was manufactured to where it was eventually installed
every logistical detail, every turn in the route it took, every tool used to transport it
was created around getting under that overpass.
They're building a lot of wind farms here in Scotland, and that often means taking gigantic components through tiny villages whose main road was originally a horse and cart track.
In the neighbouring village and my own they've had to actually dismantle walls so they can get around corners with these things.
My local burrito place has one of those ring-on-a-string-and-hook setups. After patronizing them for several years, I finally decided, you know what, I'll take a shot at it. And mind you, this one, unlike those, is a good three or feet out from the hook (it's set up on the wall). Well, I got it on the first attempt, and therefore have therefore never taken another shot because why risk ruining a 100% hit rate?
My favorite musical instrument is the air-raid siren.
I grew up with a ring toss setup at a relative's cabin. Played CONSTANTLY and I got really really good at it. But if I play anywhere else, it's fucking terrible. The game feels wrong. The string isn't the right length or the hook isn't the right height, or the ring weighs the wrong amount, or the rope is weird in some way. There are all these really minute things that affect the feel of the game. In some bars the game isn't fun to play at all. Just seems out of whack.

Second thought was "that looks kinda familiar"
third thought was "damn we all just wanna be babies again don't we"
I'm pretty sure by the time she goes through the hedge, it's just this.

Imagine how powerful that back elbow will be...
(but it turns out they are very bad at math)
Possibly the same cat, I dunno. Same skill at calculating intercept vectors.
and, for something completely different
Need some stuff designed or printed? I can help with that.
but watching them beef jumps is top-tier comedy
Are they having to do this because their definitely-not-a-Zamboni resurfacer set alight?

This tiny one is adorable though.
