    Like the cards?

    I feel like calling a knack lake "Knave of Swords" wouldn't be quite as easy to understand as the passive "Yomi" which lets a Spellfist use Predict.

    But at the same time, the flavor is strong.

    but on the third hand, i already use the tarot deck instead of dice.

    ya you can’t reuse tarot for this cause you already use it

    can you come up with enough like very traditional -feeling magic accoutrements to name shit after, dribbly candles, summoning circles, magic mirror etc? Basically all the stuff you would find in a wizard’s room in a tower, but also maybe in an occultist’s room if they read too much alistair crowley or w/e

    There's also the modern ideal of musicians being magic or selling their souls to the devil/evil spirit in order to obtain their talent, and songs themselves are actually spells which is why they evoke a very strong response.

    Not to mention all the "satanic panic" of Metal in the 1990's, where they talk about playing records backwards containing Satanic worship hidden in normal words.

    Well, i wanted to keep music for the Bard but...... I could go for metal band names instead of songs.

    yeah, that could very well work.

    Metal band names are incredible for skills/attacks/etc.

    Iron Maiden? Infant Annihilator? Cattle Decapitation? Fear Factory? Spiritbox? Rivers of Nihil? Knocked Loose?

    That's a deep well.

    Sadly can't, mom "needs" it for a thing she's doing in a couple weeks.

    That's okay though. I found an open-box version of one that she liked and had the features she wanted and was reasonably priced for what you get. I also used my Best Buy CC, which I've had 0 balance on for a couple years now, and went with 0% interest. So mom can pay me back whenever (and I know she's good for it).

    Plus it means I get to take a small road trip, something I've been wanting to do for a while. :D

Ceremony area is in a nice tree corridored lawn with a lot of space, then some flower/hedge enclosed paved space to set up tables and tents and do whatever we decide to do there, all overlooks some green space and a meadow that goes into...boggy trees? 18+ month lead time minimum on venues lately so...lots of time to decide what to actually do.

    No just tons of bookings right now, COVID delayed a lot of events and perhaps venues that were doing weddings have shifted or arent reopened? I dont know. Ive heard that dress alterations are also slammed.
