File & DVD manager database thingy

I'm looking for some kind of file manager that will allow me to keep track of my hundreds of CDs and DVDs, so I can search for a file and find out what disc it's on. I'd also like to add meta tags to files & folders on those discs and on my hard drive, so I can organize & search for them more easily.

Free is best, if possible...

    AVCataloger for Windows. That's what I used when I had over 1000 discs / 850 items to manage.
