    Otakukin are people who believe they are the reincarnation of anime, manga, or video game characters. I don't know if the character has to be Japanese, or if they can be a foreigner featured in a Japanese work. I suppose how annoying they are would depend directly on what the original character acted like -- if somebody thought they were channeling Freddy Mercury they would probably be easier to handle them than channeling Naruto.
