Update based on Tam and Greatnation's feedback...hopefully it's looking a bit more put together now.
Hands could still use some work and the knee still bugs me as well. And now that I've uploaded it I realize I haven't touched up the OTHER knee at all and it looks even more shit. Well, it'll have to wait until tomorrow I guess.
Oh, hold on, now I see it. It's not necessarily that the bicep is one big curve, it's that it's too long. At the length you've got it, it looks as if the muscle attaches directly to the bone, instead of tapering into tendon first. The same goes for the attachment under the shoulder as well.

haha no but after googling it I hope they come out with an anime or something. Here's an update. I've noticed in Painter I'm having a tougher time with values, forcing me to play around in photoshop. Also I have no idea what I'm doing for the bg.

She's doing the turtle thing- kinda scrunching her neck down and pulling her shoulders up. Like what people do when they get tickled on the neck.

I see what you mean but the head still appears too low; you can only scrunch your neck down so far, so unless she got hammered with a shovel or missing a piece of her spinal column it's a little too low.
