I'm having a weird problem with Castlevania: Curse of Darkness on the XBox. While playing, there's an upper and lower band, which duplicates the very last line of the regular screen, as shown.
Only this game has this problem. The dashboard doesn't do this, and neither do Deus Ex: Invisible War, Grabbed by the Ghoulies, or Mechassault.
This problem occurs all the time inside the game, even in the menus. Both the console and the game are NTSC, the dashboard has the resolution set to "normal", and the signal is going out over a composite cable to my video capture card.
Anyway, does anybody know what's happening, or how to fix it?

edit: example, see how Halo 2's HUD is in from the edges?
The top and bottom margins are the same. You can also see (this was obvious at PAX'07) where the game stops rendering the water on the right side overscan area.
