I think I'm the only person on the PA forums who didn't like Watchmen. I saw it on the On Demand list and tried watching it. I had to fast forward through the intro about 5 minutes in to it because the song that played through the whole thing was physically painful to listen to.

    Ouch dude.

That was the best part of that movie in my opinion. Bob Dylan with the practically still images of the original watchmen, it was really cool and a great opening to the movie.

    edit: I'll make a birthday chat! :P

Maybe I would need to have read the comic or like Bob Dylan's music to appreciate it. Didn't even know it was Bob Dylan. O:

    English Question!

You have the Metropolitan Area... but what do you call the space outside it? It's for a phone directory
    Metro Area - 787-787-7878
    XXXX Area - 1-800-MagicToaster

See, I live on an Island. Localy, we refer to the non-metro area as "Island Area", but that is only going to be understood by locals. I can't say "Island Area" because every time I say that to a U.S. guy they're like "Dude, you're on the Island... what do you mean Island Area?"

    Happy B-day Dee!

Remembering back 6 years when I turned 21, I had an awesome night in which I was carded immediately by some sneaky cops in a campus bar (I look really young for my age), and ended up taking some badass pictures with them whilst hammered. Then my roommate opened his camera and ruined the film before I could get the pics. Good story, huh?

In any case, I wish you the same shenanigans! Any awesome plans?

My whole family is coming out this morning and I'm dragging them to the zoo to do some sketching. Then we're gonna get sushi and sake (I've never had sake before, opinions?) and then might go downtown or to the park or something.

Then tonight I'm having people over and we may have a bonfire on the beach.

Needless to say, I'll be drinking all day long :P

Sake? Raise your tiny cup and yell in your best Japanese accent, Kampaaaaaai!!!

Will the sushi come straight from the zoo's aquariums?

Happy birthday, Dee. Those are some awesome gifts from your gf.

In other news, it's Cupmatch this week. I'm planning to sail around the island with some friends. Should be a fun time. Then on Sunday it's the annual Non-Mariner's Race. Probably the best party ever. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the annual penguin fly-by.

Haha. I love how bored the spectator in the red sweater looks.

"Pfft. Doesn't look very dangerous. Maybe if he had a bear inside the car I'd be impressed. Maybe."

I used to have a Geocities site. Back in the good old days...
