Mushroom Kingdom Hearts: LOL TRICK'D

Well, not sure if this has hit public eyes yet, but 'lo and behold, opened up EGM today to find that Square is indeed working a Kingdom Hearts sequel bound for the Wii.

Mushroom Kingdom Hearts.

Somehow I don't know how to take this. I disliked the first two, but for some reason I'm open to this idea and I don't know why.

Someone else snapped a shot of the mag scan.

If this is illegal to post the URL, I'll edit it out pronto.

EDIT: Oh ho ho, silly me. April issue. lol EGM.

    In that same magazine they announced a cel-shaded version of Twilight Princess. You should definitely check out the duke nukem forever story, too.

    (Hint: The month for that magazine is April. Awesome idea, though, really. Maybe Squeenix will take a hint.)

    The only reasons these things work is that the magazines with April Fool's jokes come out in March so nobody suspects anything. Then they remember how magazines are one month ahead so the March issue is the April issue so they kick themselves for falling for such a joke. It is pretty funny though and would've certainly made for an interesting game. We can always dream it ends up becoming reality though.

    Let's just make this into a dream thread.

    Like "What would you want in Mushroom Kingdom Hearts"?
    I'd love to see a completely interchangeable team. Not just 'Goofy, Sora, Donald' unless I decide to go to Mushroom Kingdom and pick up Luigi.

    I should be able to go to fucking Hyrule, and keep Luigi AND Samus on my party.

    Well I just want to see the return of Yoshi's Safari. Starfox makes too much sense and that would actually give Starfox fans some classic rail shooting action in space. Nintendo would never allow that so Yoshi's Safari is at least a return of something I've wanted to see one more time.

    I remember last year's April Fools was very low key due to it being on a Saturday. This years will probably be as about the same since its on a Sunday.

    I enjoy some of these April Fools jokes, if they were done well. Like Blizzard's Panda Express one.
