If you are familiar with the movie, I think you have already begun to recognize what a ridiculous concept that is
I desperately want to see it made
Partially because
it makes Ridley Scott's Robin Hood a potentially canon sequel to Gladiator, rather than just seeming to be one the entire miserable time spent watching it

One of my friends used to work in the psych ward over at Angola prison here in LA. She said there was a guy who had all of his teeth removed because he was allegedly a cannibal and kept trying to eat everyone. She only saw him once, and said the toothtless smile combined with the absolute batshit crazy that this guy was afflicted with was one of the most disturbing things she's ever seen.
One of the my friends was going through some issues and spent a couple weeks as a psych inpatient. There was a guy there who was claimed to be both schizophrenic and had Tourette's syndrome. I'm not 100% sure about all that but let me tell you I heard things come out of his mouth I'm still trying to get my head around. He had some issues with polish people.
Removing someone's teeth because they are a cannibal does not seem like something that is legal. Unless he volunteered for it.

But he was in prison, and the psych ward. They could well have done what was necessary for the safety of the patient/staff
