I have literally all the time in the world in these last 10 minutes of my commute to play dragon appologist (3U, defender, T: prevent slander to the great teacher)
we've only seen one person find the truth in uncharted realms, but the planeswalker's guide literally spells out that a dragon in ojutai's brood can kill any human he wants at any time without consequence

I don't think that was Ojutai talking to Narcet at the end.
I'm not sure who you think it could be because I remember it being pretty explicitly Ojutai
While I'm not a big fan of it*, is not the first group with White mana to have a caste system. Also, I'm a fan of Dragonlord Ojutai's as a card, going to build that EDH deck.
Also, on the interest of being fair, that same Planeswalker's Guide says that Ojutai's brood prefer to not deal with humans at all if they don't have to (they don't even talk with them directly, the Avens are mostly the ones to do so for them), so them eating or killing people is rare.

well, Avatar of the Resolute already wants you to go wide with +1/+1 counters. The Falconer might be worth a try in some decks as a cheaper Archetype of Imagination.

avatar is kind of ridiculous even without any counters in play. you dont really need to build around him with trash
id rather play him with good cards like genesis hydra or insert monstrous here
