wow i think i have diabeetus from this Campion. it has a wonderfully whimsical feel to it, probably because of the light paint-wash style. if i had kids i'd put this up in their nursery (while awkwardly dodging having to explain SE++)

I love him so much. It was great how Rank was excited to face him, even though he knew that he was going to get destroyed...just because he knew it would be outstanding to be featured in one of his entries.
And I love stuff like Campion's Marathon and mully's Open Field, but it always makes me a little sad when people show up and practically beg to be included. The thing that makes these projects cool is how organic and fun they are; being petulant just spoils that. Chances are good that if you're a regular, you will be in at least a couple of these sorts of things each year. If you miss a couple, don't pout.
Except for Bogey, who is totally awesome and can do whatever he likes. (P.S. Unlock Meiss' new comic thread, so that I can post pictures of my awesome hats.)
Anyhow, great work, Campion. I love the style. Every time I look at it, I find something else to love. Projects like this make me happy that I hang out on these boards.
Probably the best drawing of Teefs ever made, which is saying something. The only real competition--in my mind--is Fedora's lovely drawing of Teefs and potatoe as space cadets.

I consider myself something of a less active regular, but I haven't been around long enough nor artistic enough (no paint threads for me) to be counted among the masses...normally I have no problem with letting it slide, but this one is just so awesome I figured it was worth a try.

man it's par for the course for the drawing threads. It's always like pages upon pages of Raneados/Knob/Mully/Teefs/TDoT/Projeck etc etc and then the rabble going "memememe".
I'm not saying this bitterly, it makes sense. It's the people that draw drawing the other people that draw and then people that don't draw expecting/hoping to be drawn.
I would like to point out that I don't actually want to be drawn. I realize you have to earn your respect, and begging to be included is no way to gain anything but a general hatred from the people around you.
EDIT: Waitaminute, is that me in the bag, next to the banana? Or is that just a very handsome potato?

Out of curiosity, I decided to animate this using GIMP's sphere filter. It's taking up 1.2GB of memory and rising. Is that a lot?
I would like to point out that I don't actually want to be drawn. I realize you have to earn your respect, and begging to be included is no way to gain anything but a general hatred from the people around you.
