According to wikipedia, there's going to be 4 "specials" leading up to the theatrical release of Movie 10 in Japan. It may not be crewmember filler, but it's still non-manga content that could be great. I have no idea what it'll be about, though, aside from the main villain in the movie.
I pretty much love everything pirates. Hook is an extremely underrated movie, in my opinon.
