Okay so 5:15pm for photoshoot on Friday and 3:30pm for Saturday?
Both can start in the main lobby, and if it's nice out we might also want to go in the courtyard.
I'll update the first post to add these, and if there are changes we can make them.
@Mintifresh: your costumes look fabulous! Though I'm not sure how much individual attention everyone will recieve, if you want to take photographs (without con-goers in the background) with other cosplayers, I'm sure we could arange something. : )
Just a quick reminder, we will be having a costume contest at our Gamers Gone Wild Party. First place men's and women's costumes will get a Rock Band II bundle from Harmonix. Details on our event below.
Down to the wire and I still don't know if I want to cosplay as anything. I might throw together a Star Trek tee shirt tonight, and I'm working on an Enforcer dress. I doubt I'll dress as Starbuck though... the tattoo is difficult to pull off without time to do henna beforehand. If the dress turns out alright tonight I'll take pics and post them!

I don't know how many people will be cosplaying at PAX East, being the weekend before Anime Boston and all, but I think it's safe to say there will be more cosplayers than west cost PAX with the timing of the event.
If we want to have a separate L4D photoshoot, we could arrange for one, but we might want to hold off to the actual con to see who's going as what (because most of them won't be on the forums).
Myself and a couple friends will be in BlazBlue and/or Advance Wars over the weekend and others will also have something from Warioware and Mass Effect so be on the lookout! (Still have no idea what to wear which day ><)
Oh and pokemon gijinka for thursday's pokecrawl of course =D

I'd love to meet up with any TWEWY cosplayers for a few pics. Looks like I'll be wearing my Persona 4 costume definitely Saturday, and maybe tonight too.
Yeah ... waiting on line for the concert. Anyone else there?
And as for tomorrow ... I'll probably chill with you guys around 3:30 before heading out for a bit. No costume, sadly. But I'll still have my Doctorly goods.

BTW guys, I'm so so so sorry I didn't get to the Friday meetup! I suddenly realized it was 5:30pm and basically ran to the main lobby, but no one was there. And then I got kicked back into the center because of my "attire" (lol).
I have a request - can everyone upload their pictures somewhere accessible and post the link? I want to see everyone's costumes, especially because I couldn't make it today!
I was so bummed I didn't make the photoshoot today O-O I was confused.. I was in the right place, at the time posted as of yesterday. And no one else was there (except the group with Marluxia!) so I was sort of disappointed
maybe next time. I'll be Neku again tomorrow, but I'll be passing out O-Pins (the red skull pins) from TWEWY, so if you see me, let me know and I'll give you a pin!

Don't know if you made it to the Make-A-Strip today, but Gabe & Tycho told the story of you screaming and chasing down the guy who bonked you on the head with an nvidia inflatable. One o the security guards apparently was dumbfounded as to how to respond.

I say 3:30 on Saturday, but I don't know where. I've never been to Hynes before. Is there a main lobby or something?
If you look at the map here, you can find the main lobby to the left of the Registration... As for the Saturday thing, I could do that as well.
