I'm still not entirely sure what Man-Thing is. Wiki says he's non-sentient, so does that mean he's basically an animal?
Basically, he's the shambling, swampy remains of the scientist Ted Sallis
occasionally, he gets flashes of his old memories, but he mostly just moves around without any intent. When he's exposed to emotions, this drives him to action. Fear and hate cause him pain, love and kindness calms him down.
It's like T-Bolts is nothing more but in a crossover/tie-in mode for the past couples of issues. Let them have wacky adventures on their own for a bit.
There's also two issues of the book tying into Shadowlands.
And I still don't know how Parker will write USAgent since his appearance during Siege was so short, as either the loose cannon jerk who's equal to Captain America or the bumbling idiot who's inferior to Captain America.
Cross posting this from the Hook-up thread: Dude is selling just about every Thunderbolts and Thunderbolts related comic in some really nicely done custom bound volumes.
Having learned the next Thunderbolts collection will only be 4 issues I might just get the singles. Sadly my LCS only has issue 145 in the back stock but hopefully Dragon Con will have them all, and discounted of course.

I'm bidding on it more out of complete respect for what the guy put together.
If Busiek, Nicieza, Bagley and Zircher signed them, that would be pretty much the greatest thing ever in comics, even more than the 2k era Superman stories or Mini Marvels.
At least the hardcover for the next Thunderbolts collection is only 20 retail. Glad we haven't gotten to the point (as of yet at least) where a 4 issue hardcover is 25.

Just buy the singles, it's cheaper and you are telling Marvel "I enjoy Parker's work and USAgent needs his own mini series instead of a 4th Wolverine title"

ORANGE ALERT
I swear it's like some Gen X 90's movie (and no not the comic, and no not the Fox TV Special)
(And Community is done for the season)
I am honestly flaggbergasted
So I am not allowed to legitimately enjoy a character?
Is this what is being said?
I think they just want to limit you to one awesome character, i.e. the Punisher.
If you have two that's just unfair to the rest of us. Just be considerate man!
I wouldn't have thought a comic with a mute protagonist could be overwrought.

you have clearly never read a man-thing comic. track down the two essential volumes, ASAP.
they are all overwrought as hell
and that adds to the charm

that should be every arc
deus ex man-thing
I'll do it
I swear I will
also deus in that context sounds like some kind of anime superpower
I am a traitor to my people

THOSE WHO KNOW FEAR BURN AT THE MAN-THING'S TOUCH

he ain't got time for intent
well, that or killing alligators
not anymore he ain't!
alligators.
they've had it too good for too long.
good riddance, I say.
Every arc ends with Luke Cage seeing a team of beat up Thunderbolts and goes "*$*# this" Man-Thing. Hug em!" Then commences some hot man-thing lovin.
This one is with Avengers Academy.

USAgent's going to go fucking mental on some rioters.

I'm going to bid on that.
The person did a good job with the chronology too, even throwing in Avengers Forever. I think Hulk 449 and 450 came out before TB #1 though.
It is mine
well I'll wait a few days and see how high the price goes
and Hulk 449 and 450 did indeed come out first
