What Munch wrote is pretty spot on, we've seen his character grow, and as such people actually want to buy and read about Nova. This should be noted by Marvel that character growth is good, and that they don't have to keep them in holding patterns for years on end, only to pull something ham fisted in order to garner attention for one to two months.
And on the plus side there is absolutely nothing to change costume wise if they made a Nova movie, he's got one of the best current costumes in comics.
And TLB stop being an ironic hipster like what we like ok Kathryn Immonen?
Doctor Strange has scriptwriters: Thomas Dean Donnelly and Joshua Oppenheimer (the only notable thing on their resume is Sahara, with Conan and Uncharted upcoming).

The wierd thing is, character progression like that is nothing special in other forms of media, but in comic books big name characters are so hampered in terms of progression it's just impossible to do anything with them. Is Thor really any different from how he was in the sixties? Is Iron Man? Spider-Man? The latter is still a loser who can't hold his personal life together, even the biggest status quo change for Spidey, that he was married and a teacher, has just been thrown away.
And yeah, Nova's costume is awesome with a side order of rad.

That cover is so cool. My only problem are nova's lightning bolts, they look a bit tacky and some badass beams of light would be cooler. Silver Surfer is tops though.
Medusa can fuck right off. Hate her so much. Good character, just hate her.

Cameron Diaz is in the movie? Bleh. Knowing nothing about the Green Hornet that trailer has done nothing to make me more interested. I like blowing up red light cameras but is Kato supposed to be the guy who does everything (it looks like he's Batman, Alfred, and Ra's put together) while GH is just kind of "the face" of the whole venture?

In some adaptations, yeah. Reid mainly relies on his gas gun while Kato just kicks dudes in the face.
The Green Hornet Year One book looks pretty good, and I especially like Kato's origin as a Japanese soldier who turned on his regiment during the Rape of Nanking. I don't know about the rest of the books, though.
Anyway, I think the main thing Green Hornet has going for it as a property is its retro aesthetic and the fact that Hornet has to portray himself as a villain to other criminals, a fact that pushes the dual-identity concept to an interesting extreme. Unfortunately, neither element seems present in the movie. Instead, we're getting something along the lines of Kick-Ass, but with less humor, a bigger budget, and a distracting lead who has no chemistry with his costar.
Because I know TLB has a vested interest in this and because we need to begin a boycott against this immediately.
Who Framed Roger Rabbit 2 on the way soon
Just as excitingly, Hahn is involved in the long-awaited sequel to Who Framed Roger Rabbit. And while it’s all gone quiet in terms of news on Roger 2 — the last we heard was back in November, when it was announced the original’s writers were working on the script — the producer confirms, albeit coyly, that it is still very much happening. “Yeah, I couldn’t possibly comment. I deny completely, but yeah… if you’re a fan, pretty soon you’re going to be very, very, very happy.”
We begin with a letter writing campaign, written to the remaining disney executives in the blood of the other disney executives we have captured and gone all Hostel on. Free punch and pie.
They made an Indiana Jones with the original writers, it didnt turn out so well.
Times are different any any sequel would more than likely be incredibly sanitised and dull.
Plus he can't be framed twice. Thats silly.
1988 qualifies as "a different time" now? Last I checked, the late '80s weren't regarded as some kind of free-wheeling era where anything was acceptable either.

Yeah just go back to killin' Old Lace and that will probably even be in the movie script and Jaden Smith will probably be Alex.
Don't get me wrong
It's just no character will ever be better than Herbie Popnecker
I don't even
Plenty of other big name writers have written shit arcs but nobody gets a bug up they ass about them
Medusa can fuck right off. Hate her so much. Good character, just hate her.

I think I just went cross eyed.

I might put it on my Netflix list at some point and watch it when I'm bored.

Tyreese is set to be played by Keith Allen Hayes (from The Blind Side).
Amy is going to be played by Addy Miller (Frozen).
