Why do you care about your american league, when Champions League is going on?
I mean, thats the best football you'll ever see, much better then the national teams.
The Mexico/brazil game last night was excellent and confirms my idea that dani Alves is a bitch. To come back from a goal and man down to win it late is hella impressive, though I was rootin for Mexico.
And the us team, blah. Poor show. They did have excellent chances though. They were not pants
I really like the way Swansea play. It's amazing considering they did that in the championship too, a league that's basically the antithesis of what their philosophy is all about.
Sorry to break up the EPL/Championship talk, but my heart belongs to MLS.
And late October can only mean one thing: Crazy, Convoluted Playoff Schedule Time!

Just one note regarding how the wildcard teams feed in to the playoffs. Sporting KC's opponent is always going to be the highest seed, so it's impossible for them to play New York. LA Galaxy are always going to play the lowest seed, so it's impossible for them to play FC Dallas. The seeding is in parenthesis next to each wildcard teams name.

Eh, I only ended up missing out on a couple games at the end of the regular season, which isn't so bad. And the summer game is pretty hard on the knees because the grounds become hard as concrete, so perhaps it's just as well.
Yeah I'm not going to lie, I had a really good time watching that one. There's something about JT being at fault for things even if Malouda sold him out so hard on that pass that just makes me feel that things are right with the world in general.

Interesting enough, but I'd have liked to see Chelsea self destruct.
I just know they ran the game after, what, twenty minutes? Then gave it up in the last seven.

I'm just disappointed they won. Arsenal losing wouldn't have pretty much made it a perfect weekend of football.

the hell, Dallas.
didn't expect that, but maybe I should have considering how they've been playing recently.
so LA-NY gets a home and away, and Don Garber and espn cream their collective pants.
Followed by smashing Wolves at the Carling Cup 5-2.
I'd buy that just to smash it up.

Woot?
Woot.
Too bad regular season is over and I've missed the start of summer.
Corporate lunchtime leagues for me.
Quads were killin me from all that extra feet weight.
Wolcott falling down and scoring anyways. Terry falling down and letting van Persie score. This game was pretty great.
NY actually took the regular season meetings, one tie one win.
I wish both teams could lose!!
