to CoffeE_BuzzZ: I think I agree with pope. I like the 1st one the best.
to pope: Those rain pictures are awesome. Such great shades of blue you picked there.
to Sheri and tini: Those pictures are so completely different in almost every way! I love them both. The framing on Sheri's is absolutely perfect, and I love the colors and depth of field in Tini's.
And now for some pretentiousness. Please, don't shoot me for these. I was in a weird mood today (listening to some ambient electronic music does that to me).
@ Sheri - that's rad!! I thin kB&W suits the industrialness very nicely. :^:
Yeah, you didn't lose anything by losing the color; the bike was black, the gears were grey, the gravel was white-ish. Like, if you looked at the original, you wouldn't really notice that it was in color unless you looked closely.
It is. :-/ I had to crop the original a lot to get that. I did compress it some, I think, but at 100% zoom it was way too grainy (and "reduce noise" wasn't helping). My camera gets really grainy in low-light. Someday I will buy a real camera (like the new Sony 10mb DSLR for ~$1000 with a lense!)

So, that means I can put you down for a print then? a 16x20 is only $200 :winky: I am the very definition of a starving artist
Actually, it really is nice. If I had any room in my budget for art you'd be on my list.

Okay...
So yesterday I took some photos of a tile factory. Outside was this little dude.
the same type of spider as one of my first ever photos:
And I still don't know what type it is... anyone know?
