I was just reading "A Clean Escape" last night. How coincidental.
The rest of that lineup is kinda meh honestly. You could find some amazing short stories to adapt if you wanted to. Jerry Was a Man is one of my least favorite Heinlein shorts.
I watched about 15 minutes of that Flash Gordon show. It was incredibly boring. Maybe it gets better though I dunno. Still, a show should do something interesting in the first 15 minutes. Anything... at all. Seriously, absolutely nothing happened.
No it shouldn't. He's not an actor. Hell, he doesn't even fucking talk.
I mean, I could understand "Morgan Freeman as a narrator" or something because he's good at it. Or Patrick Stewart. Or Laurence Fischburne (sp?). Or, you know, pretty much any good actor.
I don't hate Dr. Hawking. If I were a physicist attending some kind of physics convention and he were speaking there, I would be like "it's worth going even if I just attend this one lecture and blow off all the others."
Yeah, I mean, I can't really imagine Stephen Hawking being a very compelling narrator. He's an awesome guy, and a super genius, but I don't think I'd really enjoy listening to him narrate something.

Maybe his computer voice is all digitized up MGS2 styles
I'd really like to see The Mountain of Madness done to film, it beckons to be made...
They'd just fuck it up. I never want to see any Lovecraft films.
it's really difficult to make a lovecraft film because the whole point of reading a lovecraft book is to hear his lovingly loquacious style--very hard to put that into filmx

also: lovecraftian horrors
But if it was done correctly and awesomely, would you want to see it?
Posts
Fixed.
I kinda figured it was a special kind of general, like a "black hat".
That's what I told myself anyways.
Bradbury?
I guess it is because I am racist?

Because Masters of Horror sucked
I think it's by the same creators.
I think I'd rather read the original stories than watch this show, are they legally available online?
yes. Some Foundation stuff would make great film or tv.
I'd also like some Larry Niven known space stories too, but that's probably more just me.
narrated by microsoft sam
Only viewable under Microsoft Bob.
Deep Douglas
Grandpa Amos
That'd be nice.
the flash gordon pilot doesn't have the theme song
maybe next episode
anyway, it wasn't so bad
It makes all the difference in tone, of course.
should be a good enough reason by itself to watch the series

why do you hate everything
Talk about a genius scam.
But this isn't that kind of situation.
Dear satan I wish for this or maybe some of this....oh and I'm a medium or a large.

How would it be done?
I was just asking to clarrify.
Well, they could get together a terrific script writer, director, actors, cinematographer, and crew.
But you probably wouldn't be satisfied with that would you?
