My side of the family had Thanksgiving today with one of my cousins flying through, so he got to join us for dinner.
My brother-in-law and I were playing my recently purchased Hammerwatch together. I went to check my email during a break and found THREE emails that I had been gifted games.
My Santa (whom I have learnt to be @El Mucho) sent me Tower Wars (which has been on my wishlist a long time, love tower defense games), Shadowrun Returns which I have been wanting to get since learning about it (almost joined the Kickstarter) and Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons (which I obviously got the best recommendation for courtesy of Gabe's posts on the front page).
Oh, and he mentioned that there was something on the way in the mail!
So, thanks for these games! I'm really looking forward to getting a chance to play them and am especially eager to see what awaits me in the mail!

You're welcome! Glad you're excited about the games. Shadow Run Returns is a fantastic story, I really enjoyed it.
The Walking Dead was one of my favourite games of last year and I've just started reading Fables a few months ago, so this is perfect! Thank you still anonymous Santa!!
Old clue: The properties of the numbers are more important than the numbers themselves.
Newer Clue: Now draw me a picture.
No guesses, you have to tell me the solution, too.
Good luck!
Today's clue:
You may find this puzzle odd, but I feel like I've been evenhanded.
life's a game that you're bound to lose / like using a hammer to pound in screws
fuck up once and you break your thumb / if you're happy at all then you're god damn dumb
that's right we're on a fucked up cruise / God is dead but at least we have booze
bad things happen, no one knows why / the sun burns out and everyone dies
I have discovered that Bronson Pinchot (Balki from Perfect Strangers) is an AMAZING audiobook narrator. Audible has a GREAT sale going on right now if you think your Santee might enjoy audibooks. 300 or so books are on sale for $5 including Glory Road (one of my favorite Heinlein novels) expertly narrated by Bronson Pinchot. I don't think you need to actually be an Audible member for the sale since Audible members specifically got access to the sale prices 2 days early.

Dear Santee.
Your gifts have been purchased, and delivered to me, but I've been preoccupied with birthanksgivmakkuah. I'll be wrapping them this week, and plan to visit the post office by Friday.
Shall we reveal the code, or do people want to keep trying for funzies?

Hints: 5 Letter Word
Properties of the numbers are more important than the numbers
Draw me a picture
May seem odd, but I've been evenhanded
The last hint gave away which property of the numbers was needed, which was mentioned in the second hint.
The third hint, draw me a picture, led me to highlighting the odd numbers.
I highlighted all of the odd numbers in the puzzle. Once I had them all highlighted, I noticed that it looked similar to a barcode because all of the numbers on the left and bottom sides were highlighted.
I then opened an Excel spreadsheet and filled black all of the spaces correlating to the odd numbers, and shrunk the boxes down to squares. Opened up the barcode reader on my phone which then provided me with a five letter word.

I got as far as blacking out odd squares but I don't recognise that as a barcode. Totally thrown.
Great job, I did the exact same thing but tried a qr reader unstead of a bar code one. So close!
Surprised the QR reader didn't recognize it. Most usually read all different sorts of barcodes. The app I have is QuickMark and reads 1D, 2D, and QR codes.
And once again something I was very much considering getting! Nice call Santa.
Santa's Little Judge Z threw in that he suggests I read the comics. Pfffft, too late. Since they popped up as a gift here a few years back we've been slowly working our way through the hardback collections ever since. Just got to the reveal of The Adversary! Great stuff.
I was delayed in posting this a while since I was home with the family for thanksgiving, but I'm back home now!
My mysterious santa has now gifted my twice via proxy, the first was Scribblenauts Unlimited. This time I got this little gem off my wishlist:
So have any Santas is years past run into address funkiness? I've got the address supplied but when I try to ship to it from amazon they recommend a different city. Google maps does the same thing. Is this normal? The street address and zip code are the same but both services are convinced I should be shipping to a different city than listed.
So I totally did not pull triggers 2 and 3 yet and I'm kind of afraid that trigger one might confuse my Santee because there was no note option or anything.

This usually happens when an area gets annexed into a city from a different city (or unincorporated county land). The address checking databases don't get updated for a long time, they're usually a service run by a private company. It happened to me and places were bitching about my new address for over a year.
If it'll let you override their suggestions then go for it, otherwise it should probably still make it there.

Edit: Also I hate the new winky face.
Now, to procure the correct method of contact in order to deliver them.
Santee, your time of presentening is nigh!
And now we play the waiting game.
