Well I liberated his head from his shoulders

Hopefully he is appreciative of what I did for him

    Yes, actually

It allows his soldiers to go home

    Oh

    bad news on that cause

    They're also dead

Pretty sure there were still quite a few left.

    Well

I killed all of them in the throne room

All of them raiding the town

and they don't have a ship

But if you beat him one on one (Which you implied to have done) the rest of them leave quietly, I thought

    So uh

    what?

You only slaughtered the qunari presence in kirkwall, not the whole society

Ultimately the many and varied horrors of qunari society are no worse than human civilization in thedas, but if you launch a military action in which civilians die on the grounds that they would be better off under you then I feel you are open to criticism at that point.

It's not that qunari society is awful (though it is), it's that the qunari think it's so fucking perfect which is aggravating.

Where there more in the throne room? I killed the qunari that attacked me and then fought him

I don't remember there being more hanging around though I could be wrong

Their boss dies and the rest of them just shrug and go.

Did I miss out on the absurd sword design conversation? I've got Cassandra equipped with a sword with five blades that make the shape of a hand. That's historically accurate right?

I'm interested to see how that plays out since he appears to be violating the qun pretty much constantly but still feels loyalty to it

I love how Varric mentions that the Arishok apparently never got permission to hit Kirkwall and the Qun would rather not deal with another Exalted March so they disavowed him and said let's never speak of this again

I played up to the first I guess big choice in the game, where I have to choose wether to
seek out an alliance with the Templars or help free the rebel mages from the stewpot they put themselves in.

Alright, based on what the Quartermaster said, two major decisions from Origns carried over, so hopefully my import is good.

    This game is so pretty.

    Because
his powers include making people forget about him.

But he's part of the main quest, you can't miss him

All the hats in this game are terrible

The first thing you should do is turn them off

As I understand it recruiting either Cole or Dorian is delayed based on whether you choose to side with the mages or the templars

You can be one! It's little disappointing because (of course) they just have regular voices and not cool Arishok voices.

    Harrowmont is a shitty King.

Bhelen brings very much needed change, despite being a completely horrible person, and allows casteless to help fight darkspawn.

He's got the sense to understand that, when your people are gradually losing ground to the darkspawn, it's pretty suicidal to keep the right to fight them a privilege only the elite can have.

He also furthers surface trade, I believe, which is also good.

Harrowmont seals off the city and basically dooms his people to (Probably) be eaten by Darkspawn. What an asshat.

Bluh. You telling me this made me go back to a previous save and do the end of Orzammar again to make the other choice.

I wish the game gave you any indication of what these two guys were all about. I turn up at Orzammar and get told to pick a side but nobody actually spells out what those two sides are beyond a couple of random comments. I just remembered Bhelen being a dick in the dwarven noble origin. Oh well, he's king dick now.

Oh yeah, I was just wondering if they show up as a faction, looking forward to playing as one though, shame about the voices

They will likely at least show up as part of Iron Bull's quest

Hopefully my vashoth qunari lady can tempt him away from the qun
