MAP UP TO DATE AS OF: The Brayster's Turn (Round 2)
The following territories are worth two resources: Territory 1 (Alaska), Territory 5 (Greenland), Territory 8 (Eastern United States), Territory 11(Peru), Territory 17 (Congo), Territory 19 (Madagascar), Territory 22 (Scandinavia), Territory 23 (Northern Europe), Territory 30 (Siberia), Territory 33 (Mongolia), Territory 34 (Kamchatka), Territory 38 (Siam)
All other territories are worth one resource.
SCAR CARDS: There are only 4 scar cards left, not enough for every player. As such, nobody gets any scar cards this game.
RED STAR TOKENS/MISSILES: Brackets indicate Red Stars provided by HQs, which can change ownership
Jdarksun: * [*]
Grunt’s Ghosts: * [*] [*]
Phyphor: [*] + 1 Missile
Preda: *
The Brayster: * [*]
The Brayster: Remember that you recruit new troops at the start of your turn. You're missing out on 3 troops. You need to modify your turn to reflect that.
Jdarksun: Same deal. You'll need to put those 3 additional troops somewhere.
How does the math on that work? 1 territory + 0 minor cities and no controlling continents.
Regardless, fixed orders: Move 6 from Egypt (15) to Greater Algeria (14)
Move 4 from Egypt (15) to Megakenya (16)
Move 1 from Megakenya (16) to Congo (17)
Move 1 from Megakenya (16) to South Africa (18)
Move 1 from Megakenya (16) to Madagascar (19)

You always have a minimum of 3 reinforcements. You only start using the equation (Territories + Population)/3 as you control a greater number of territories. The bracket value needs to be 12 or more before your reinforcements change.

Also @jdarksun if you haven't you should probably read through Game 1. Hopefully it will help the little details fall into place. And you might pick up some general strategy from it too.
This is Imperial News Network with this breaking report.
The Emperor is taking aggressive action against the recent terrorist attacks against the Capital City. The Emperor has deployed troops towards Khan Industries headquarters in Indonesia, the group who is believed to be responsible for last weeks deadly attacks that left 1200 civilians dead and most of the terrorist themselves thanks to the quick responds of the Imperial Army.
Recruit 3 troops in to Eastern Australia (#41) and attack with 6 troops at New Guinea (#40) vs. 1 defender.
Geth roll 3d6 for attacking force
Geth roll 1d6 for defending force
Preda is down, but not out. Next turn, he may Join the War again.
Rules concerning how to Join the War:
On Preda's next turn, he may rejoin the conflict. To do so, he will take half of his starting troops (4 in this case) and place them in a legal Territory.
Much like the start of the game, a legal territory may not contain any Scars or Cities unless they are Major Cities that you founded in previous games.
Unlike the start of the game, you may place your troops adjacent to another players HQ.
Joining the war happens in place of Recruiting new troops. You do not get to recruit 3 new troops on the same turn that you join the War.
@Sir Fabulous I should have 5 in Indonesia (#39). I moved 6 to #40, didn't lose a troop in that fight, moved 5 of those troops to #39 and didn't lose any in those fights and I moved 2 troops from #41 to #42, which means that there is supposed to be only 1 in #42.

Ah, I misunderstood when you said you were "moving 5 troops to attack Indonesia."
I thought this meant you were moving 5 troops into #40.
You could have gone to Asia, like Japan. Sure, we would have fought again but it would have been better then dropping down in someone's backyard like so.

Sorry, I'm still a little confused by some of the rules. For recruitment: I have 6 territories and no cities, so that's 2 troops - which is less than 3, so it's boosted to 3. Plus my bonus for controlling Africa, which is 3 - so 6 total, right?

Since I recruit 3, put 2 in Bearlin (23) and 1 in Russia (24) as though thy had moved there originally.
So my territory should now be
Scandinavia (22) 2 Troops
Bearlin (23) 4 troops
Russia (24) 4 troops

I can't expand safely anyway. I just hoped to piss of you both as long as i can...
Remember that I can only update the map so fast.
Keep an eye on the red text above the map which tells you how up to date the map is. If it's a couple turns behind, you'll need to read the posts.
