Marty: The future, it's where you're going? Doc: That's right, twenty five years into the future. I've always dreamed on seeing the future, looking beyond my years, seeing the progress of mankind. I'll also be able to see who wins the next twenty-five world series.
if the image is big enough to need to be resized, then clicking on the smaller, resized version will just open a bigger version of the image when clicked on, rather than the link
this was a big problem on mobile back when we were posting full comics, and it's why it's always good to put a text link to the site
I never really visit this thread because it involved so much scrolling through giant dumps of images for comics I don't care about, but I was curious what prompted the rules change, so I've been reading through and I really like the change. Having previews of the comics seems way better to me because an interesting teaser is way more likely to catch my attention than a full image in a series of posts of full images. Plus anything that benefits creators seems like a positive as well.
also, I think that's been the third website that I've gone to where I get the "a script on this page isn't working and now your browser has frozen" message
dunno if it's something to do with ads or whatever

Works for me on an iPad in safari, which seems to follow half the mobile rules.

I see what's happening. Quote me and 'click' it, then go back and try it again. When you make the post it works. When you come back to it, it doesn't.

Thank god. "Oh noes! Who could possibly live in a world without magic?"
I don't understand this attitude. For one, they DO live in a world with magic, and it has many benefits. Of course they would be bothered if it went away, it's like saying "oh noes! Who could possibly live in a world without electricitiy?" Well a lot of people I imagine, though not nearly as many in a world WITH electricity, and if someone's misunderstanding of how electricity actually worked was somehow draining it from the world so it couldn't be used anymore, I'd be pretty pissed.
Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if Labor had not first existed. Labor is superior to capital, and deserves much the higher consideration. - Lincoln
I feel like we probably have crossed a line at some point somewhere within this decade whereby our science is basically considered magic and no one wants to admit it

Early Iron Man comics assure me that the transistor is basically magic.

Her wish granted, the fish takes its leave.
Or is it that she got what she wanted without explicitly wishing for it?
I demand that this fairy tale be explained to me in excruciating detail
she wished to have some panels of the comic removed
She wished for oblivion.
The party sucked.
I thought this was a PBF at first glance

Stop putting links behind images
Why?
She wished for the fish to have its tail
Because by virtue of the fish being in her life she was in the right place at the right time to meet a cute lady
On mobile it just opens the image in a new tab.

Claire really Baloo them away with that last one.

I did both earlier, because including two links is just slightly more than the least amount of effort you can put into posting a webcomic.
