Day 1 Action Information:
Tonight, you may choose from a series of actions:
a) Attack - to attack please indicate which enemy group you would like to attack and with which weapon you currently possess. Only items owned at the beginning of the day are available for the attack command. You may not trade an item or be traded an item and attack with it. Please note that attacking other players is not an option at this time - you are locked in a battle of survival here!
b) Steal - you may attempt to steal from ONE player.
c) Use a trait - some traits are active rather than passive and you may activate them. Consider these active for the duration of all actions you take this night.
d) Gamble - you may play rock, paper, scissors with another player tonight. For this, please PM both the gambling target as well as PipBoy2008. Indicate how many games you wish to play (best of 3, best of 5, best of 7) and the wager. The other party must then confirm. Both parties must have at least the amount of money to cover the wager or the bet will be invalid.
e) Trade - you may trade with another player using the same PM mechanics as gambling.
The use of certian traits will, obviously, make it impossible to form certain actions. Aside from those rare instances, all actions are concurrently valid. For Phallout purposes, the combat round goes first and then you may steal, gamble, trade, and whatever else (assuming you survive the combat round).
Successful defense of the caravan will enable you to proceed to Shelter City. You will also earn money based on how successful you are in defending the caravan; any attacks that get through will decrease your salary.

Gambling:
You may gamble any amount of money you have. Gambling does not resolve until voting ends each night so you may make as many changes to your order as necessary.
When you gamble, tell us how much you want to gamble. You also tell us what kind of odds you want tonight. The odds change every night.
For every 10% you want to gain as a maximum, you have the chance to lose twice that amount.
Examples of betting:
I wish to bet $200 and go for 30%. (This means you can lose up to 60% of what you bet, but you can gain up to 30% of what you bet in profit).
I wish to bet $500 and go for 50% (This means you can lose it all at worst case scenario, but you can profit up to 50% of what you put in.)
So if someone with $100 bets to win up to 50%, the next night they will have anywhere from $0 to $150.

Guns have unlimited ammunition, but the amount of ammunition they can hold before benig reloaded will come into play when combat actions are allowed, keep that in mind.
Throwing weapons like knives work the same way. You can pick up the thrown knives and such, but it will reduce your effectiveness in combats. Grenades are one use items for example. We'll explain more when day 1 begins.

Will this be a free-for-all like Phalla Royale? Will this be more like classic mafia, where there is a small group of bad guys the village has to hunt down? Two distinct teams? Anything you could add would help me...

I have changed my mind. I am no longer going to choose lucky/jinxed/sneak/mutant.
Low INT runs in this game are an absolute treat. The whole game changes for you when you only have like 1-2 INT. The entire script is written to treat you like a 5 year old who has absolutely no brain capacity.
Durax, the game is less like a traditional mafia and more like an individual or team based game depending on the choices you as a playerbase make during the days.
