I got bored of it quickly because it had a way lower rate of messing someone's day up than smacking them in the head or eyes with it. Still got so incredibly pissed off when I got shot and killed in one turn by one of the guys in the church in 2 after I blinded them with the sledge.
a gamestop employee called me today and told me I NEED to be at the store tomorrow at ten for the midnite release party. He sounded...really excited. He was yelling into the phone. I'll be honest, motherucker was psychin me up. He's like, "DUDE! you gotta get to gamestop tomorrow to pick up your copy of Fallout 3 that you reserved ! We're also givin away all the pre release swag that we didn't get rid of yet! YOU GOTTA BE HERE, THERE WILL BE FOOD AND DRINKS! YEAH!" at this point I'm screaming into the phone, "YES YES OH GOD YES I WILL BE THERE THANK YOU FOR CALLING ME MIKE!"
Im desperately trying to play Far Cry 2 until im bored of it (which isnt going to happen anytime soon), finish Fable 2, play the entirety of Dead Space, and finish about 3 university projects before this game comes out. It is making me stressed.

I get this on thursday, so mid-wednesday for most o'yall
Happy, but very surprised that this hasn't been leaked for PC yet, especially with no copy protection (afaik?) and no demo.
That means they've got good security. Likely after sacking whoever leaked the 360 release, they tightened up and sent a company-wide memo saying WE WILL EAT YOU IF YOU LEAK THIS PRODUCT.
So, apparently fallout 3 for the PC(retail copies) have a "...fluid-running version of SecuROM as disc access protection.", as supported by a moderator on the bethesda forums.
Man, I was all jazzed about no-DRM. That stuff makes me feel good to support. I mean, I'm still going to buy it, but I may have to get it from steam, and I don't download things very fast, which makes it a hassle.

An orchestra of nukes going of in time to the finale of the William Tell Overture.
in time to the finale of the William Tell Overture.

With the finale of the William Tell Overture playing over the pipboy radio, naturally.
Post-apocalyptic William S. Burroughs
I think you're missing the reference.
