every time i see charlize theron in any role now, i expect her to have a horrible british accent. and be retarded. i still think the whole mr. f build up and pay off is the best on the show
This is by far the most quotable show I've ever seen. Every line is just pure gold. "There's always money in the banana stand" actually made me burst out laughing just now. The look on George Sr.'s face when he realizes what happened is priceless.
In 2008, an animated remake of the series titled Sit Down, Shut Up is being made. After a short writers strike, the series continues to be in development for Fox for its premiere this Fall. This American version will feature the voices of Henry Winkler, Will Arnett, Jason Bateman and Kristin Chenoweth. It was developed by Mitchell Hurwitz, creator of Arrested Development, also starring Arnett, Bateman and Winkler. The Simpsons writers Bill Oakley and Josh Weinstein will act as showrunners.
T: Although, perhaps I should call the Hot Cops and tell them to come up with something more nautically themed. Hot Sailors... or better yet, Hot Sea--
The zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. Sick of playing second fiddle. Always third in line for everything. Tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.
I think the best scene in the whole series was Mrs. Featherbottom starting to sing a song and stepping off the landing of the stairs with an umbrella.
for some reason, the easy slapstick gags made me laugh almost every time
the great lines and perfect reactions (michael's especially) were my favorite parts of the show, but I really only actually laughed when someone fell through a table

The PATRIOT Act Michael, you should read it.
