___________Welcome to Transylvanian Madness! I am your host, AdventFalls (or AF if you're lazy), and I will be running this MiniPhalla.
You all are peaceful villagers, living out your lives in a Transylvanian village... or so you all believe. But rumors are abound that a pack of werewolves have come to town, hungry for your flesh! With other dark omens on the horizon, can you survive the next few days? Or will you all be snacks for some hungry lycanthropes?
Typical Phalla rules apply. No screenshotting, no anonymous contact, I must be linked and have access to all boards, blah blah blah. If you don't know the rules, ask around and people will explain. Newbies, don't be scared - it's everyone's first time at the rodeo some time. Follow the rules and I'll be a happy host. Other than that, enjoy the game!

No. There are a few other twists I've added... hopefully without unbalancing the game :P
-When is vote close?
When we get close to filling up the spots and starting the game, this information will be given.
-No, seriously, when is vote close?
If you insist. 10 PM EST, give me an hour or so to complete narration and receive PMs from Mafia and anyone else for ensuing narration.
-Um, aren't you a new guy?
Yes. But everyone who's hosted a game had to start some time.
-Okay, I'm interested. What are the order of actions?
Excellent question. This is going to play similar to a RL game.
Day Time: Lasts from end of Night Time to 10 PM EST.
Step 1- Mafia chooses targets.
Step 2- Most villager specialties are allowed to exercise their powers.
Step 3- Vote closes. Start Night Time.
Night Time: Lasts as along as it takes for post-vote roles to respond/send orders.
Step 4- Anyone with powers after-vote are allowed to exercise powers. These people get an hour to react by default, but this can be negotiated.
Step 5- Narration. Start Day Time.
-Wait, only an hour?
This is merely the default for me to get narration out quickly. I'm perfectly willing to wait, but that will lengthen the game.
-You said something about getting PMs after the vote?
Depending on your role, you have the opportunity to alter events. If you have that role, you will be informed how this works.
-Conversions? Are narrations/PMs trustworthy? Trickle vote? Mason trust? Tie resolution? And for that matter...

-Conversions: Depends on definition of 'conversion'. Role changes are possible.
-Narration/PM trustworthiness: ANY PMs given to you by me are trustworthy. Narration will be trustworthy. I WILL NOT lie.
-Seer results: You'll need to figure that one on your own :P
-Cause of death: WILL be given.
-Teammate trust: If you are in a masoned group, you can trust your team. Everyone else.... well, it's Phalla.
-Wait, so there's only initial trust with your mason group?

-Trickle: The vote WILL NOT trickle.
-Tie: If and when we have one, you'll get to see...

-Can orders/post-vote powers be given before the vote?
Yes. You can alter these orders after they're given, as long as you specify to disregard the first set.

Damn that's a lotta questions. I'm not sure what you mean by 'narration trustworthiness' and I need a clarification on trickle, but all those questions are going to be answered in the OP.
EDIT: Okay, I'll actually answer the teammate one.
The Trustworthy questions are Burnages fault. Ever since Max Payne, I make sure to ask that since he decided it would be fun to lie about stuff. And really it was fun, but not really for anyone else but Vlad.

Concerning these two points taken together. You mention that alignment changes are possible, but that you can also trust your masoned group.
Does that trust extend throughout the entire duration of the game?

EDIT: And I'm certain I said this before- Yes, Andrew said it was OK. We had a PM exchange before the thread went up. You can ask him for confirmation.
That being said, thanks for the answers.
So a note to the players: be careful with after-vote-close reveals. Until we learn more about how exactly that works, there's no guarantee that those are any safer than midday reveals.
