haha, this takes me back
for my seventh grade year my parents decided to pull me out of public school and plopped me down into a religious school. now these guys weren't total nutballs, but their science book clearly was designed as such.
thats how i learned that the grand canyon was runoff from noah's flood as the water rushed back into the sea :roll:

I have nothing against a religious upbringing as I myself was raised with the Church
I do, however, have everything against skewing what is taught to children because something clearly just as plausible as another theory/belief doesn't agree with one's own theory or belief.
