in a 19g serving of this, 6 grams (33%) of it is fat and the 11 grams (58%) of it is sugar
and while you could argue that the %DV is low for each item, you're looking at this from one tablespoon of the food in question... that's not a lot... those are pretty high %DVs for such a small serving, I'd say
I dunno what "modified" palm oil means. Every ingredient list I look at online is slightly different. I think the oil varies by country. Anyway, you want to avoid the hydrogenated oils because they act like saturated fat in the body but they aren't listed as saturated fact in the nutrition facts. So you could be consuming a lot more saturated fat than you know.

typically when you eat anything and are trying to eat healthy you have to look at the opportunity cost; that is, what are you missing out on getting by making this your first meal of the day, every day?
as something you eat every so often it's not that bad, but to eat it every day, with peanut butter accompanying it? that's not really good
I'd ask what else you typically eat in a day that you feel so efficiently counterbalances the negatives in nutella
PLUS, a good breakfast is high fiber and high protein, and nutella is neither of these
